Serving the Myrtle Beach area since 2010, Beach Window and Door provides a wide range of exterior and interior doors, windows and specialty building products to homeowners, builders and contractors. Harvey Sutton and David McPherson, who founded Beach Window and Door, will continue running day-to-day operations.

Serving the Florida Panhandle and southern Alabama for more than 40 years, Milton Truss manufactures floor and roof trusses for commercial and residential builders at its state-of-the-art facility in Milton.

With the acquisition of Milton Truss, which will operate as part of Raymond Building Supply, US LBM now operates six component manufacturing locations in Florida. Charles Smith and Tim Noble will continue to lead Milton’s day-to-day operations.

Nix Door and Hardware provides distribution, sales and installation services for windows, doors and fireplaces to residential and commercial customers. Additionally, Nix supplies and installs exterior home faux stone veneer products and also offers security and automation systems to homeowners.

Nix will operate as part of US LBM’s Texas Building Supply, which provides building materials and services to production, custom, multi-family and commercial contractors across Texas, with locations in the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio markets. Nix enhances Texas Building Supply’s product and service portfolio, which includes lumber, engineered wood products, structural components, roofing and siding along with design and installation services for custom and production millwork, stairs and exterior doors.

Founded in 1998, Gregory Door & Window provides a wide range of windows, doors and hardware along with installation and customization services to residential and commercial builders and remodelers in Denver and Summit, Grand, Eagle, Park, Lake, Pitkin and Chaffee Counties in Colorado.

Through this acquisition, US LBM expands its specialty product and service offering in central Colorado, which includes the Denver metropolitan area and several growing communities and popular vacation destinations in the Rocky Mountains.

US LBM now operates seven locations in Colorado, with building materials yards in Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Edwards, Henderson and Woodland Park and a structural component manufacturing plant in Colorado Springs.

Founded in 1946, Mullins Lumber is located in Riviera Beach and will operate as part of US LBM’s Raymond Building Supply. With this acquisition, US LBM now operates 18 locations in Florida. Scott and Lev Mullins, who have led the organization since 2005, will continue running day-to-day operations.

Founded in 1979, Manning’s product portfolio includes lumber and trusses, along with custom doors, windows and millwork, which it also provides installation services for.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Manning operates nine locations throughout Florida, seven building materials distribution yards, six of which include custom door shops, and two truss manufacturing plants in Jacksonville and Ocala.

Georgia Truss will operate as part of US LBM’s Brand Vaughan Lumber, which has multiple locations in Georgia, including a floor and roof truss manufacturing facility outside of Atlanta that opened earlier this year. Brand Vaughan supplies a wide range of building materials to professional builders, such as lumber, engineered wood products, windows, exterior and interior doors and trim, rebar, roofing and siding. Additionally, Brand Vaughan provides installation services, including structural framing, siding, windows, housewrap, millwork, and exterior and interior doors.

Deco Truss operates an 8.5-acre manufacturing plant and retail location in Miami and will operate as a unit of US LBM’s Raymond Building Supply, which has locations across South Florida, including a truss manufacturing plant in North Fort Myers.

Deco Truss is US LBM’s fourth acquisition of the year, including Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company which closed earlier this week.

US LBM, a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States, announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Texas-based Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, a prominent building products supplier to building professionals and homeowners in the Southwest.

Upon completion of the acquisition, US LBM will operate 80 locations in Texas, 13 in Arizona, nine in New Mexico, five in Colorado and four in Oklahoma.

Founded in 1901 by W.L. Foxworth and H.W. Galbraith, the company today operates 28 locations across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas under the Foxworth-Galbraith banner and two locations in Oklahoma under the Forest Lumber brand. The company’s primary customers are professional builders, commercial contractors and homeowners, which Foxworth-Galbraith serves from its building materials yards, distribution centers, home centers and manufacturing locations, which are focused primarily on floor and roof trusses and structural beams.

In addition to manufacturing all types of pre-assembled roof and floor wood trusses, Truss Fab also provides lumber and built-to-order wall panels for tract and custom residential housing.

Truss Fab operates two locations, a lumberyard and truss plant in Glendale, Ariz. and an additional truss plant in Apache Junction, Ariz.

Massey Builders Supply operates two locations in central Virginia in Richmond and Saluda. Founded in 1921, Massey supplies lumber and a wide range of specialty building products, including roofing, siding, doors, windows, decking, rail and millwork to professional builders and remodelers in the greater Richmond region. 

US LBM's existing operations in Georgia include Maner Builders Supply, BSA and Brand Vaughan Lumber Company, which US LBM acquired in July, and serves professional builders and contractors in several markets in the state, including the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. In Virginia, US LBM’s Parker’s Building Supply serves customers in the southwestern part of the state from its location in Galax, Va. and five locations in western North Carolina near the Virginia border.

(Jimmie) Hart and headquartered in San Antonio, Hart’s operations serve the major markets in Texas with five building materials yards and one window distribution facility across Austin, Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth and San Antonio. Hart Components operates two roof truss and wall panel manufacturing facilities in Austin and San Antonio.

“Joining with US LBM in our 82^nd anniversary year will allow us to continue to grow, provide new solutions for our valued customers and opportunities for our dedicated people,” said W.B. American Construction Source’s portfolio consists of multiple locally branded building material distributors and manufacturers, operating more than 70 locations in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Washington and Wisconsin. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including requisite regulatory approvals.

The company provides floor and roof trusses for national, regional and local homebuilders in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and across Minnesota. Additionally, Villaume engineers and manufactures custom wood packaging of pallets, crates and cores for manufacturing companies.

With the addition of Villaume, US LBM now operates 21 locations in Minnesota through its network of divisions in the state, which include Lampert Lumber, NexGen and Lyman Companies; Villaume will operate as a unit of Lyman.

Tri-County Building Supplies will operate as part of US LBM’s Universal Supply Company, which has more than 20 locations across the Mid-Atlantic, including New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland and Delaware.

US LBM, a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States, has acquired Ridgefield Supply Company, a building products dealer located in Ridgefield, Conn.

Founded in 1883, Ridgefield Supply operates a state-of-the-art 89,000-square-foot facility in Ridgefield, which is comprised of a lumberyard, warehouses, a hardware and paint store, window and millwork showrooms and an employee-training center. Serving customers in Fairfield County in Connecticut and Westchester County in New York, Ridgefield Supply’s expansive product mix includes lumber, paint, windows, doors, millwork, decking and interior and exterior trim. Glen Albee will continue to lead Ridgefield Supply’s day-to-day operations as president.

With this acquisition, US LBM now operates 22 locations across the Carolinas and in Georgia.

Maner Builders Supply traces its roots back to 1951, when it was founded by W.A. Maner and three associates in Augusta. Today, Maner distributes an expansive line of specialty building products, such as engineered lumber, wallboard, roofing, siding, decking, installed fencing, custom glass, windows, doors and other materials, to professional homebuilders, contractors and commercial builders from its three locations in Georgia and South Carolina. Frank Chandler will remain with the company and lead Maner’s day-to-day operations as president.
